Lichtschutzfaktor 30

"slip + slop + slap"
This important information was taught on the first day in the school. Slip on a shirt, slop on some sunscreem, slap on a hat.
In fact:
One in two Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer in their liftime. Melanoma is the most common cancer in people aged 15-39 years and skin cancers account for 80 per cent of all newly diagnosed cancers. (Cancer Council Australia)

Man bekommt Sonnencreme übrigens nur ab einem Lichtschutzfaktor von 30 zu kaufen, den ich jeden Morgen benutze!
